ARLAC welcomes the appointment of Hon. J.G. Moyo as the Minister for Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare with effect from 11 September 2023. With this appointment, Hon. Moyo assumes Chairpersonship of the ARLAC Governing Council of Ministers.
